From the desk of principal

C.S. Lewis once said, “The task of the modern educator is not to cut down jungles, but to irrigate deserts.”

We live today in a world that is so different from the one we grew up in, the one we were educated in. The world today is changing at such an accelerated rate and we as educators need to pause and reflect on this entire system of education.

Aristotle once said that “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” Even as we impart education to match the advancement in technology and globalization, we march our children ahead with TDSPS principles-Character, Personality & Learning for their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual growth and development. We work for excellence and believe in the holistic development of the students.

 Rightly said, “To those who see with loving eyes, life is beautiful. To those who speak with tender voices, life is peaceful. To those who help with gentle hands, life is full.” To my mind, education is a powerful tool to eliminate ignorance. Education is only medium to bridge the gap between poverty and prosperity. The purpose of true education is to make a child resourceful and responsible citizen.

A committed, caring, and supportive management, dedicated teachers, cooperative parents blend harmoniously to create a child-centric school. Teamwork is the hallmark of TDSPS. I am very sure through co-operative effort, we can achieve more to benefit our students who are the future leaders of tomorrow.

”Let us keep alive the child’s an inborn sense of wonder, let us arouse their curiosity to discover the mystery of the world, we live in!”
